C'YiShu
C'YiShu is a corporate identity created for a studio that combines architectural interior design with piano education. The identity is built around a custom symbol that joins Chinese characters with spatial form. Auxiliary graphics represent the business areas of the studio, which include design, piano, coffee, and furniture. The symbol works as a complete visual system rather than a single logo. Applications include notebooks, business cards, envelopes, cloth bags, and brooches, made with silver printing, white hot stamping, specialty paper, and metal laser cutting.
C'YiShu Corporate Identity by Wang Zhiqi has been identified as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. C'YiShu Corporate Identity received the Silver A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2020. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which rewards outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
