Zona Mosto
Zona Mosto is a brand identity created for a craft brewery. The logo uses a custom typeface, drawn from scratch because no existing font matched the required characteristics. The color palette is built on three tones. Orange comes from the amber shade of two of the beers produced. Cream refers to the color of beer foam. Green refers to freshly picked hops. Surreal illustrations relate each label to the name of the beer. The identity is minimal yet strong, and is applied to can labels and other corporate materials.
Zona Mosto Brand Identity by Emanuele Grittini has been featured as a grand example of communication design by the A' Design Award. Zona Mosto Brand Identity was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2023. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize which celebrates excellent design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
