R Gate Emblem
R Gate Emblem is a corporate identity design created for an education technology company. The emblem is based on a keyhole motif. A white negative shape of the letter R sits inside a deep blue square and forms a gate. The gate is a visual metaphor for a doorway that opens the world of education and shares new learning experiences. Deep ocean blue is the primary color. The letter R also serves as the base measuring unit for a matching typeface in two weights. The identity system is applied to online and offline materials.
R Gate Emblem Corporate Identity by Riiid Inc. has been selected as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. R Gate Emblem Corporate Identity won the Silver A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2021. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade that rewards outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
