2019 World Industrial Design Conference
World Industrial Design Conference is a visual identity system created for a global industrial design event. The letter I in the conference logo is extended into a light cone, which is the main supporting graphic of the identity. The light cone stands for industry, integration, international exchange and innovation. Light cones in several colors rise upward and represent designers, design institutions, manufacturing companies and universities. The identity is applied in flat graphics and in three dimensional animation, guided by a set of design standards.
2019 World Industrial Design Conference Visual Identity System by Shandong Industrial Design Institute has been selected as an exceptional illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. 2019 World Industrial Design Conference Visual Identity System was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2020. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that honors outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
