Huade
Huade was once an important military base for defending China's northern frontiers. Abandoned military facilities can develop military experience and tourism, and drive urban economic development. The design is inspired by a button, the pause and start symbols in button mean that suspend busy work, and start the journey of Huade. The combination of the pause and start symbol and the pentagram is the English Abb. HD of Huade. The five pointed star is part of the army flag and epaulet. Huade will always remember and pay tribute to the heroes who defended the country during the war.
Huade City Visual Identity by Fu Yong was selected as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Huade City Visual Identity earned the Iron A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2020. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that celebrates exceptional design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
